Review what has changed

Upload your updated sheet to see new products, missing products, price changes, other field changes and photo changes. Nothing in your current product list changes while you review the import.

Choose what to apply

Select the changes you want to accept. Products missing from the new sheet are kept by default. Archive a product explicitly when you want to leave it out of future catalogs; previous versions remain available.

Check each buyer’s prices

Review the effect of base-price changes on customer discounts. Fixed-price exceptions keep their agreed amounts. A new base price should not overwrite a negotiated fixed price.

Save a new version

Apply the selected changes to create a new revision. If someone has edited the workspace since your preview was created, review a fresh import first. Retrying the same confirmation after a connection problem does not create a second revision.
