Include the essentials
Use one row per product. SKU, product name and base wholesale price are required. You can also include a description, category, suggested retail price, minimum order quantity, case pack and image filename. Match your own column headings during import.
Keep SKUs as text
Give each product a unique SKU. In XLSX files, store SKU cells as text rather than applying a number format. A numeric cell displayed as 00124 can lose its zeros when read; a text cell preserves the full code.
Enter prices in one currency
Use decimal amounts without currency symbols or thousands separators, such as 8.00. A missing price needs correcting; an intentional zero is allowed. Use the decimal places supported by your chosen currency. Prices are not converted between currencies.
Save a supported file
Upload CSV or a plain XLSX workbook with up to 500 products and 40 columns, within the 10 MB file limit. Choose a worksheet if your workbook contains more than one. Replace formulas with their values and remove macros, embedded objects, external links and password protection before uploading.
