Create your first catalog
From sample products to a customer-specific PDF.

Start with a product sheet
Download the sample CSV or XLSX, or use your own spreadsheet. Each product needs a SKU, a name and a base wholesale price. Keep SKUs as text so codes such as 00124 retain their leading zeros.
Review your import
Upload your sheet, choose the currency and match your column headings. If you have product photos, add a ZIP of PNG, JPEG or WebP files. Check the image matches and review the proposed changes before applying them.
Set prices for a buyer
Add a customer and choose their currency. You can apply a percentage discount across the product list, then set fixed prices for individual products. A fixed price takes priority over the discount.
Save a catalog and export
Choose Studio Grid, Compact List or Collection, then select A4 or US Letter. Add your brand name and collection title, check the preview and save the catalog versions. When export access is available, generate the PDFs from those saved versions. Later edits will not change a PDF you have already generated.
Put the guide into practice.
Explore the fictional collection, check buyer prices and see how the layouts handle the same product data.
