Your product files stay private

Product photos, import files and generated PDFs require a signed-in account with access to the workspace. Files are served through private download links rather than a public product directory.

Upload photos directly

Add photos as a ZIP of PNG, JPEG or WebP files. The service does not fetch photos from arbitrary web addresses. Uploaded photos are checked and saved as clean copies before use.

Export your account data

Open Account and request a verification code. Enter the fresh code to export your account data, including product records, customer pricing rules and version history. The export does not include passwords or session credentials.

Request account deletion

You can request deletion from Account after verifying your email, or cancel a pending request there. There is a seven-day cancellation period. Active subscriptions and open checkouts must end before deletion can complete. A pending request does not mean your data has been deleted; the current request status appears in Account. Import sources expire after 30 days, catalog exports after 90 days and encrypted service backups after 30 days. Read the retention policy for the full details.
