Your open workspace

Current products, customer pricing and saved catalog snapshots remain with your open account. Later imports do not rewrite saved snapshots. Ending a paid subscription stops new paid exports when the paid period ends; it does not automatically delete your workspace or prevent free workspace preparation. This is not a promise of permanent archival storage.

Import sources: 30 days

Original spreadsheet row data retained with an import and completed image-import archives expire after 30 days. Confirmed product records, current referenced images, pricing rules and saved snapshots are kept separately. An old unconfirmed import may need to be uploaded again after its source expires.

Generated exports: 90 days

Download generated PDFs and ZIP batches within 90 days of creation and keep your own copy. Re-downloading an available export does not use another allowance. Expired files require a new export and an active subscription with available allowance. Account-data exports should also be downloaded promptly.

Verified account deletion

Request deletion from Account using a code sent to your verified email. There is a seven-day cancellation period, during which you can cancel the request. Active subscriptions must be canceled and open Checkout sessions must end before deletion proceeds. After those checks, the service removes the account, workspace, catalog records, support requests associated with that email and private files. A deletion request is not an immediate deletion confirmation.

Backups: 30 days

Encrypted service backup sets rotate after 30 days. Deleted workspace data can remain in those restricted backups until rotation; it is not available through normal account access. If a backup is restored, pending deletion requests must be honored before normal operation resumes. Stripe may separately retain payment and invoice records under its own obligations.

Questions and exceptions

Contact support for privacy or retention questions. A billing issue may delay account deletion until the subscription and open checkouts can be safely closed. We will explain a specific legal retention requirement if one applies to your request; we do not automatically erase workspaces solely because a paid period ended.
