Studio billing, export allowances, cancellation and file retention.

Studio, billed monthly

Studio is USD 19 per month for up to 500 products, 30 customer versions and 100 customer PDF exports per paid billing period. Prepare your workspace for free and subscribe when you are ready to export. There is no annual commitment or automatic overage billing.

How export usage is counted

Starting an export reserves an allowance for each selected customer. A successful PDF uses one allowance; failed items release theirs. Downloading the same available file again does not use another allowance. Unused allowances do not roll over.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open Billing to view your status and enter the secure Stripe customer portal. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge; paid export access continues to the end of the paid period. Payment confirmation comes from signed provider events. Returning from Checkout alone does not activate export access. The refund policy explains first-payment requests and billing errors.

Files and account requests

Import sources expire after 30 days, generated exports after 90 days and encrypted service backups after 30 days. Current product data and saved snapshots remain with your open account. Account supports verified data export and deletion requests. A deletion request has a seven-day cancellation period and waits for active subscriptions and open checkouts to end.
