Choose a template and paper size
Select Studio Grid, Compact List or Collection and check the exact A4 or US Letter pages before saving.
Last updated
Open Templates or a customer price page after importing at least one active product and creating a customer. Select the buyer whose prices belong in the catalog.
Choose a controlled layout
- Studio Grid gives products a consistent visual card layout.
- Compact List emphasizes names, SKUs and prices.
- Collection gives images and descriptions more room.
Add your brand details
Enter a brand and collection name, choose an accent color and optionally upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP logo. Choose product sorting by SKU, name or category. The brand controls affect the catalog; the workspace theme does not change the white paper output.
Set A4 or US Letter
Choose the paper size you need. Use the preview page controls to inspect all pages, including long descriptions and the final page. When details exceed a layout safety limit, shorten unusually long brand or collection names or use a more compact layout rather than expecting content to be cut off.
Save before exporting
Save customer pricing rules first, then save the catalog snapshot. If product data, layout or brand details change, save a new snapshot before exporting. The queue uses saved snapshots so the file has a stable record.
