Match by filename or SKU
An image reference such as MeadowPhoto.WEBP must match the filename exactly, including capital letters. Without an image reference, a file named 00124.png can match SKU 00124. Keep the leading zeros in both names.
Review uncertain matches
Choose the correct photo when more than one file could match a product. Filenames that differ only by capital letters are rejected to avoid ambiguous matches. You can select a photo manually before confirming the import.
Prepare your photos
Use PNG, JPEG or WebP images. SVG is not supported. Images are checked, decoded and saved as clean copies with metadata removed. Keep each image within 10 MB and 24 million pixels, and the ZIP within 30 MB.
Replace a photo carefully
A blank image reference in an update keeps the current photo. A changed photo appears in the review even when its filename stays the same. Confirm the replacement when you are ready; saved catalog versions keep their original images.
