Resolve import errors

Understand row-level errors without losing valid existing products.

Missing or invalid prices

Check the row number shown in the review and enter a base wholesale price. Use a non-negative decimal amount without currency symbols, thousands separators or scientific notation. Check the number of decimal places for your currency.

Duplicate SKUs

Keep one row for each SKU. If a code appears more than once, every row with that code is marked invalid. Correct the duplicates in your spreadsheet and upload it again.

Importing the valid rows

You can choose to skip invalid rows after reviewing the errors. You must confirm that choice before applying the import. Skipping an invalid row keeps any existing product with that SKU unchanged.

Files that will not upload

Check the file size and format first. For photos, reduce large images and use PNG, JPEG or WebP. Recreate ZIP files with simple filenames and without encryption or nested folders. If a spreadsheet contains formulas or macros, save a clean copy with values only.
