Product fields and supported values
Use this field reference to prepare names, prices, quantities, categories and image references for an import.
Last updated
Use one row per product with a unique text SKU. Map your source column headings in the import preview; your spreadsheet does not have to use the sample’s exact heading names.
Required fields
- SKU: a stable text identifier; keep leading zeros.
- Name: a descriptive product name, up to 180 characters.
- Base price: an explicit non-negative wholesale price in the selected currency.
Optional product details
- Description: up to 2,000 characters; use your own product facts.
- Category: a consistent label for grouping and sorting.
- Suggested retail price: provide a real value or leave it empty.
- Case pack: a whole-number pack quantity when relevant.
- Minimum order quantity: a whole-number quantity when relevant.
- Image reference: an exact filename or SKU reference, not an external URL.
Price precision
Use digits and a decimal point, without currency symbols or thousands separators. Choose the supported currency for the file and use its allowed decimal precision. A blank base price is invalid. An optional empty retail price remains unspecified rather than becoming zero.
File boundaries
The workspace supports up to 500 active products. Keep the import to at most 40 columns. Use plain CSV or XLSX values rather than macros, external links or formulas, and review the upload’s file-size and validation feedback before confirming.
