Review history and recover a version
Use revision history to recover product data or a single customer’s price rules while keeping other customer versions separate.
Last updated
Confirmed changes create revisions. Historical catalog snapshots are separate saved records of the exact products and customer prices used for a catalog.
Open the relevant history
Open the history section from products, import history or a customer price page. Continue loading if the version you need is older than the first page of records.
Choose the right scope
Review the details before restoring. Recovering a single customer’s price rules keeps the scope to that customer; it should not replace another buyer’s agreement or remove products added more recently. A shared product recovery has a different scope and should be reviewed with care.
View a saved catalog
Open the saved customer catalog when you need to check what was prepared at a particular time. Its contents are immutable: editing the live product library does not rewrite the snapshot.
Prepare another export
After recovering data or rules, review the current library, save the desired catalog and start a new export when required. A previous download continues to represent its own saved version, so keep the file name and buyer context clear.
Put the guide into practice.
Explore the fictional collection, check buyer prices and see how the layouts handle the same product data.
