Updating shared product details does not replace customer pricing rules. Fixed prices remain fixed, and existing catalog snapshots keep their original contents. A stale import is rejected if the library changes after its preview.
Choose a controlled layout, your brand and A4 or US Letter. Save the catalog snapshot and follow the persistent export queue. A batch produces separate customer PDFs; downloading an existing result does not use another export unit.
