Keep the base wholesale price in your product library and the customer’s agreement in their own version. You can explain each price without maintaining a separate spreadsheet for every buyer.

A product-specific fixed price takes priority over the customer discount. With a base price of $8.00, Maple’s 10% discount gives $7.20. Harbor’s fixed price is $6.80. Changing the base to $8.50 gives Maple $7.65 while Harbor stays at $6.80.
Each customer version has one supported currency. Prices are calculated in the currency’s smallest unit with one HALF_UP rounding step. There is no automatic exchange-rate conversion, and an empty base price never becomes zero.
