Bring card designs, notebook covers and gift-wrap collections into a catalog that shops can compare. Import your spreadsheet and photos, set each stockist’s prices and export a branded PDF in A4 or US Letter.

These are the existing fictional Morrow Paper products used in the public samples. Prices are base wholesale prices in USD. Quantities illustrate the sample data, not an industry standard.
| Product and SKU | Wholesale price | Suggested retail | Case pack | Minimum quantity |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Meadow Notebook00124 | $8.00 | $16.00 | 6 | 6 |
| Sunrise Greeting Card00125 | $3.50 | $7.00 | 12 | 12 |
| Botanical Gift Wrap00126 | $2.40 | $4.80 | 6 | 6 |

A card, a notebook and a notecard set are different selling units. State what one unit contains in the product description. Case pack and MOQ use that same unit; the PDF does not calculate case totals or enforce orders.
Keep the design code stable through seasonal updates. Describe the card size, whether the inside is blank or printed, the envelope and packaging. A buyer should be able to distinguish two similar designs without guessing from the photo.
If one retail unit is a boxed set, describe its contents separately from the number of boxes in a wholesale case. Enter the minimum quantity in those same retail units. Keep order-value minimums, payment terms, delivery details and your ordering contact in the email or sales materials you send with the PDF.
Use a discount for the customer’s usual rate and a fixed product price for a specific agreement. When your base prices change, review the effect on discounted prices and check fixed quotes before saving new catalogs.
Studio Grid helps buyers compare illustrations. Compact List gives familiar stockists a short price reference. Collection gives larger photos and longer descriptions more room. All three use the same saved product facts and customer prices.
Yes. Import each sellable design with its own SKU, product name and base wholesale price. Add photos and optional descriptions, MSRP, case packs and minimum quantities, then choose a catalog layout.
Yes. Download the original fictional A4 samples without signing in. You can edit the sample product CSV or XLSX as a starting point. Exporting a catalog with your own products requires Studio.
The PDF presents products and buyer prices. Retailers place orders through your usual sales process. LineSheetDesk does not include a fillable order form, buyer checkout or inventory synchronization.
